2. Description of Services

Newport Resonance provides AI-powered intelligence solutions for regulated industries, including but not limited to ToM Assurance Suite, ToM Housing, and ToM for Salesforce.

3. OpenBeam Early Access

OpenBeam may be made available as a no-payment 12-week trial macOS software download while Newport Resonance evaluates product traction. Trial access expires 12 weeks after first signup for the email address used to request access. The app may check trial status during startup or use and may block access after expiry. Newport Resonance may introduce paid releases, licensing, or support plans later with updated terms.

OpenBeam is provided for PDF markup, takeoff, comparison, and conversion workflows. PDF conversion and OCR results can vary by document quality, structure, and local system configuration. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Newport Resonance and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Newport Resonance be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
